Guarantee/Deposit Policy Every reservation requires a credit card to guarantee by charging 100% of total room payment including government tax and service charge on 7 days before guest arrival. This guarantee can be made confidentially by secured server at the time of making an online reservation or by sending us a credit card guarantee form with signature via fax / email. Cancellation & No Show Policy For all bookings through our official hotel website, credit cards details held by The Grand Luang Prabang will only be debited for cancellation/no show charge, if any following conditions occurs |

Refund PolicyIf any cancellation occurs after guest credit card account was debited to The Grand Luang Prabang for deposit/guarantee without cancellation fee, the hotel will credit back to guest’s credit card account in the full amount the hotel charged earlier with deduction of transaction fee (6% of the full amount charged by credit card company). |
